Ellen Borowicz

I fell in love with the possibilities of clay when I took my first ceramics class. After around twenty years of practicing and exploring different techniques, I thought “why not sell some of my pieces?”

Everything I make is hand-built and usually hand painted. My focus is on creating well finished pieces which are creative, colorful and unique; they have a lot of texture and detail. My work has been influenced by these great clay artists: Vince Sansone, Doug Bringle, Helaine Schneider, Sunshine Cobb.
